Founder & Managing Partner
Sophon (陈友良) Pathumratworakun is the Founder and Managing Partner recognized for guiding overseas investors including China through complex Thai market entry.
Specializing in high-stakes Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), he has a proven record of leading cross-border M&A in logistics, manufacturing, and hotels. Mr. Sophon is an expert in strategic corporate advisory, having managed the structuring and fund flow for major companies, including one with THB 7.7 billion in registered capital.
His expertise extends to Real Estate Acquisitions, where he secures land, operating licenses, and drafts commercial agreements for international hotel and logistics groups.

Mr. Ukrit Detsiri is a Senior Partner, advising on Thai immigration and labor law, as well as legal proceedings, corporate, and real estate matters. He has extensive experience in both advisory and contentious matters, supporting clients across a wide range of industries.
He has represented luxury brands in employment matters, including the termination of employment contracts and related dispute management. He has also represented a financial institution in court proceedings concerning the removal and termination of directors.
He has advised a U.S.-based hotel group on mutual separation arrangements, including negotiation and documentation, and has supported corporate restructuring projects involving workforce reorganization and employment restructuring.
His experience further includes advising a U.S. consulting firm on immigration matters in Thailand, including visa and work permit applications, as well as representing a German automotive company in litigation proceedings.
